SolutionSync was founded in 2004 by Andrea & Peter Zahnd after they had independently built and successfully sold their own start-ups. Drawing from their wealth of experience, they decided to pass on their knowledge to other entrepreneurs, particularly in the areas of team building, turnaround management, succession planning, company sales, company acquisitions, business valuation, quality of earnings assessments (QoA), and due diligence.
